At PuroClean of Middlesex, we have been remediating properties for more than 15 years. Our vision is to become New Jersey’s premier restoration company. How will we do it? As a woman-owned and family-operated local business, we take personal accountability for every job, and we won’t settle for anything less than the absolute highest bar of quality.

Our Team
At PuroClean of Middlesex, we know that our success comes from building a strong, qualified team. At the helm is owner Sandra White, originally from Canada. Sandra came to New Jersey after working in the oil and gas industry. Since then, she married her now-husband Richard “Rick” Sobczak and earned her MBA from Rutgers. Sandra, our dynamic President at PuroClean of Middlesex, brings a wealth of expertise from her background as a geophysicist in the oil and gas industry, setting the bar high for excellence. As a certified IICRC Master Water Restorer, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and ACAC Certified Mold Remediation Supervisor, Sandra leads with unparalleled skill and knowledge. Her membership in Large Loss Mastery Elite speaks volumes about her dedication to mastery.
Richard Sobczak

Rick is the visionary force behind PuroClean of Middlesex! With over 15 years of customer service expertise, Rick’s journey from mortgages to entrepreneurship alongside Sandra in 2008 is a testament to his dedication. Committed to delivering unparalleled customer and partner experiences. Beyond business, Rick finds joy in travel adventures and staying fit, embodying a balanced approach to life’s endeavors.

Michael is a cornerstone member of our team at Puroclean with an unwavering commitment to cultivating strong team dynamics and nurturing customer relationships. He has a genuine passion for fostering collaboration and supporting his colleagues. Michael’s dedication to understanding and caring for our customers ensures that every interaction is meaningful and every need is met with the utmost attention and care. Before Puroclean he worked in Finance and gradated from Seton Hall.
Cristina Munoz

Meet Cristina, the powerhouse behind PuroClean of Middlesex! With years of dedicated service, Cristina is the heartbeat of our operations. As our Office Manager, she’s the first point of contact, mastermind behind claims estimating, and the backbone of our accounts receivable department. Cristina is a dedicated soccer mom, cherishing quality moments with family and indulging in cozy movie nights. Alejandro Coca
Operations Manager
Meet Alejandro, our dedicated Operations Manager and Rebuild Manager at PuroClean. He leverages over 20 years of experience to expertly handle estimating and to ensure seamless management of projects ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction and excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym and indulging his love of mustangs and motorcycles, often tinkering with his classic mustangs or hitting the open road on his motorcycle.

Miguel loves spending time with his four kids and two beloved dogs in his off time.

As one of our technicians, Kleber is dedicated to delivering superior results. His precision and care make him a great asset to our team. He is something of a tech enthusiast and always enjoys using the specialty tools employed in the industry. Kleber loves to travel and explore new places when he’s not on the job. He is also an accomplished cook and enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Wilber has been in the industry for over 13 years. At work, Wilber is passionate about water damage remediation and takes pride in assisting people during stressful situations. When not on the job, Wilber spends quality time with his two children and considers himself an avid soccer fan.
